Dietary meals should not be bland and monotonous at all. This salad will pleasantly surprise you with the richness of taste, because there are fresh crispy greens, canned tuna, and salted feta. Sometimes, for color and beauty, I add a couple of pomegranate seeds on top.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Spinach - 60 g
- Feta - 80 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Drain the liquid from the tuna and mash it slightly with a fork.
Sort, rinse and dry the fresh spinach leaves.
Cut the feta into cubes and gently mix the salad.
Sprinkle it with wine vinegar and olive oil, season to taste.
