When a lot of guests gather at the table, there are certainly adherents of a healthy diet. I advise you to find out in advance the taste preferences of everyone and think over the menu. A good option would be a lean olivier. This salad is prepared with lean mayonnaise, without eggs and sausage.
Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Mushrooms (fried) – 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Green peas (canned) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 180 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill (for decoration) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut potatoes, carrots, onions and pickles into small pieces.
Put the green peas in a colander, rinse under running water and dry on a paper towel.
In a deep bowl, mix potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, cucumbers, onions and green peas. Leave some peas to decorate the finished salad.
Add salt, ground black pepper and mayonnaise. Gently mix the salad with a spoon.
Using a serving ring, put the lean olivier on a plate, garnish with herbs.
