I like to experiment with sour cream recipes, because it's a fairly simple cake, and it's easy with it. One of these experiments is sour cream with cherries, which I will share with you today. If you use a frozen berry, let it drain a little first.
Ingredients
For the base:
- Cottage cheese - 125 g
- Sugar - 65 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp.l.
- Milk - 5 art.l.
- Cherry - 250 g
For cream:
- Sour cream (20%) – 300 g
- Starch - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 65 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour and knead a steep dough from all the ingredients. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a layer and put it in a mold. Form the sides.
Beat the ingredients for the cream with a mixer and pour over the top.
Put the pitted cherries and excess juice on top.
Put the sour cream in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let it cool down a bit in the mold.
