Ingredients
- Ricotta - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the egg with the ricotta.
Add sugar substitute to taste.
Form cheesecakes and fry in a spoonful of oil for 3 minutes on both sides over medium heat.
