- Sour cream - 500 ml
- Sugar substitute - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
If the caloric content is not critical, I advise you to use fatty sour cream and ordinary powdered sugar.
Beat sour cream with powdered sugar or sugar substitute with a mixer until beautifully smooth.
Add lemon juice, stir and send the ice cream to the freezer in a closed container.
Once an hour, take it out to mix, and so about 5 times. Then leave in the freezer until completely solidified.
