Everyone adds sugar and maximum vanilla or cinnamon to the cheesecakes. But why not experiment with bolder spices? I love this recipe in autumn and winter, when I doubly want to cook fragrant spicy dishes.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
- Ground ginger - 1 pinch
- Ground red pepper - 1 pinch
- Cardamom - 1 pinch
- Star anise - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix all the spices and chop as needed.
Rub the cottage cheese with sugar, salt and egg.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder and spices, and mix the curd mixture thoroughly.
Form cheesecakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
