Philadelphia cheese is not only a good filling for rolls, but also an excellent base for cheesecake. It is soft and greasy enough that the finished dessert literally melts in your mouth. I advise you to try this recipe at least once for all cheesecake lovers!

Chop the cookies with butter and lay out the base of the cheesecake.

Whisk Philadelphia with sour cream and powdered sugar.

Add all 5 yolks, and then - 2 tbsp lemon juice and zest.

Separately whisk the whites to peaks and stir in the cheese with a spatula.

Put the mass on the base and bake the cheesecake in the oven for 70-80 minutes at 150 degrees.

There should be a container of water at the bottom of the oven.

After baking, leave the cheesecake in the slightly open oven for another half hour.
