- Cookies - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 600 g
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter and lay out the base of the cheesecake.
Whisk Philadelphia with sour cream and powdered sugar.
Add all 5 yolks, and then - 2 tbsp lemon juice and zest.
Separately whisk the whites to peaks and stir in the cheese with a spatula.
Put the mass on the base and bake the cheesecake in the oven for 70-80 minutes at 150 degrees.
There should be a container of water at the bottom of the oven.
After baking, leave the cheesecake in the slightly open oven for another half hour.
