- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Nuts - 50 g
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
- Flour - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan and chop them arbitrarily.
Mix cottage cheese with sugar and eggs.
Add semolina, nuts, flour and cinnamon. Knead the dough and leave for 15 minutes.
Form the cheesecakes and fry them in a frying pan.
