Different types of soft cheese can be used to make tiramisu. So it always turns out a little new and special, but traditionally very tasty. This time I propose to cook tiramisu with ricotta, and then in the recipe I will tell you in detail how to do it.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Whisk cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.

Separately whisk the ricotta and combine both masses.

Mix cognac and coffee.

Put a little cream in the mold. Then - coffee-soaked savoyardi. Cream again.

Put another layer of savoyardi in the coffee and a layer of cream.

Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
