Whisk cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Separately whisk the ricotta and combine both masses.
Mix cognac and coffee.
Put a little cream in the mold. Then - coffee-soaked savoyardi. Cream again.
Put another layer of savoyardi in the coffee and a layer of cream.
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
