Surprisingly, such desserts were still in ancient Greece. Then the cooking process took a lot of time and effort. Fortunately, things are different now. For example, according to this recipe, you can easily prepare vanilla cheesecake, spending a little more than 1 hour.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sugar) – 300 g
- Butter - 140 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanilla pod - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter and mix.
Put the resulting mass into a detachable mold, lightly tamping. Do not forget to form the sides.
Cut the vanilla pod in half, select the seeds with a knife.
Mix cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla seeds. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Without stopping working with the mixer, add all the eggs one by one.
Pour the thick mass into the mold with the prepared base and smooth it out.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees.
Do not remove the finished vanilla cheesecake from the mold until it has completely cooled down.
