- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Cream cheese - 160 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Milk - 4 tbsp.l.
- Citric acid - 0,3 tsp.
- Corn Starch - 2 tsp.
- Rice flour - 2 art.l.
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cream cheese, milk and soft butter. Put the bowl on a water bath and warm it up for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Wash the eggs, divide into whites and yolks.
Beat the yolks with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Mix the resulting mass with the cooled cream-milk mixture.
Whisk the whites with citric acid and salt until sharp peaks.
Add whipped whites, sifted flour and starch to the main billet. Gently mix until smooth.
Put the dough in a split form, covered with baking paper. For these proportions, a shape with a diameter of 24 cm is ideal.
Rearrange the dough form into a large mold filled with two-thirds warm water.
Bake the cotton cheesecake at 150 degrees for 1 hour. After that, do not remove from the oven for another 40 minutes.
