- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Honey (liquid) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly shake the egg with a fork.
Add liquid honey, melted butter and sour cream.
Sift flour, mix with baking powder and add portions to the liquid billet. Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 4 identical pieces, roll out the cakes of the same diameter.
Bake the cakes for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
Beat the cooled sour cream with sugar and vanilla until thickened.
