Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 1 bank
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put canned fish on a plate and mash with a fork.
Peel the eggs from the shell, separate the whites from the yolks and grate.
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Peel potatoes and carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
Assemble the salad in layers in a deep bowl. First, put half of the potatoes, add salt and canned food.
Then lay out the onion, mayonnaise, carrots in layers and add salt again.
Evenly distribute the potatoes, whites, smear with mayonnaise and sprinkle with yolks.
