Preparing for the festive table always takes a lot of time. To reduce it, use quick recipes. I really like this salad with beans and crackers. The whole cooking process takes no more than 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Red beans (canned) – 1 bank
- White bread - 150 g
- Sour cream - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Dill - 2 twigs
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bread into cubes and fry in a frying pan with olive oil.
Wash the salad leaves, shake them off and finely tear them with your hands.
Chop fresh cucumbers and dill.
Flip the beans into a colander, rinse and leave to drain for 2-3 minutes.
Mix salad leaves, cucumber, dill, sour cream and beans.
Add salt, squeeze garlic through a press and mix gently.
Put the salad on a serving plate and garnish with crackers.
