Ingredients
- Coconut chips - 60 g
- Syrup (jerusalem artichoke) – 50 g
- Cream (coconut, from 20%) – 100 ml
- Vanilla Extract - 0.5 tsp.
- White chocolate (without sugar) – 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the cream into a foam for a few minutes.
Add the syrup and vanilla extract. Mix it up.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and send it to the same place.
Add coconut chips, lay the mass in a thin layer on parchment and cover with parchment on top.
Leave the workpiece in the refrigerator for a couple of hours under the press, and then cut it.
