Cheesecakes with raisins are classics that do not need recommendations and presentation. Be sure to choose seedless raisins, but in general any variety will do. According to the same principle, you can add dried apricots, prunes or other dried fruits.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Raisins - 50 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour hot water over the raisins, leave for a couple of minutes, put them in a colander and dry.
Rub the cottage cheese with sugar through a sieve, add the eggs and mix.
Add flour, mix again, and last of all add raisins.
Form cheesecakes, roll in flour and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side in vegetable oil.
