I hasten to share with you a great recipe for a simple marshmallow made of apples. You can easily prepare an airy dessert at home. In addition to the listed products, prepare a mixer, baking paper and a couple of small saucepans.
Ingredients
- Apples - 4 pieces
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Sugar - 200 g
- Agar-agar - 6 g
- Water - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters, peel the seeds and peel.
Place on a covered baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
Cool, transfer to a blender bowl and grind to a puree-like state.
Transfer to a small saucepan, mix with sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat, cool and add egg white. Beat with a mixer until the mass lightens and increases in volume.
Separately mix hot water, sugar and agar-agar. Boil over low heat for 3 minutes.
Pour the hot syrup into the main mass, beating continuously with a mixer at high speed. Whisk everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
Put it in a pastry bag, put on a special nozzle and put the marshmallows on the covered surface. Dry for 24 hours at room temperature.
Carefully separate the finished marshmallows and connect them in pairs.
