Ingredients
- Carrots - 800 g
- Dried apricots - 1 glass
- Prunes - 1 glass
- Raisins - 1 glass
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carrots into circles and lightly fry in oil.
Add all the dried fruits and fry for another 2 minutes.
Pour in a glass of water, add honey, sugar and all spices, and simmer the cymes under the lid for about 45 minutes on low heat.
