Is it possible to cook lean cheesecakes? The answer is yes! Replace the tofu curd, use coconut cream and coconut oil. The dessert will be unusual, but very tasty. It is better to serve it with syrup, jam or chocolate topping.
Ingredients
- Tofu - 250 g
- Cream (coconut) – 100 ml
- Flour - 120 g
- Powdered sugar - 60 g
- Coconut oil - 50 ml
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tofu into small pieces and place it in the bowl of a blender.
Add coconut cream, vanilla, salt and chop.
Transfer the resulting mass to a bowl. Add powdered sugar, half flour, 1 tbsp oil and mix well.
Dust the board and hands with the remaining flour. Select 1 tbsp.l. of the prepared mass, form a cheesecake and roll in flour. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
Fry the cheesecakes in coconut oil until golden brown on both sides.
