If you like bacon, but it's too greasy for you – I know exactly how to cook it. It fits perfectly into the Caesar salad recipe and sets off the fresh crisp greens. I also advise you to use a light dressing on yogurt.

Fry the bacon slices until browned and cut them into thin strips.

Grate the parmesan on a grater and put all the ingredients together.

Mix yogurt, crushed garlic and favorite spices.
