Of course, mushrooms are not the most common ingredient in Caesar. But if you need to cook it hearty and at the same time without meat – this is a very convenient option. For refueling, I advise you to use lean vegetarian mayonnaise.

- Lettuce - 200 g
- Champignons - 200 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 60 ml
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the lettuce and put it on a plate.
Chop the mushrooms and fry them in olive oil until the moisture evaporates. Season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg.
Send mushrooms and crackers to the salad. Pour vegetarian Caesar with lean mayonnaise.
