- Tofu - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry on all sides. Pour soy sauce over it.
Randomly chop the avocado, pepper, tomatoes and onion.
Chop the herbs and chili, add the arugula to the salad and mix.
Season the salad with olive oil and season to taste.
