Tuna salads are good because they are prepared almost at lightning speed. For such a recipe with fresh vegetables, I advise you to take canned food in your own juice. There are quite enough healthy fats from olives and olive oil.
Ingredients
- Tuna - 2 banks
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice cucumbers, cherries and onions.
Mash the tuna with a fork and put all the ingredients on the lettuce leaves.
Add olives to the salad, season and drizzle with olive oil.
