Be careful! The salad turns out so delicious that the rest of the dishes fade against its background. Be sure to add red pepper flakes, as they make the dish special. If you are not a fan of spicy, reduce its amount to a minimum.

- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Spinach (baby) – 100 g
- Orange juice - 3 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Hot red pepper (flakes) – to taste
- Sea salt - to taste

Peel and dice the avocado.
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Mix fish, spinach and avocado.
Add salt, red pepper flakes and oil mixed with orange juice.
