Serving salads in cups is always very convenient - they are easily placed on the table and look beautiful. I propose to prepare the popular "Garnet bracelet" in this way. Of course, there won't be a hole in the middle, but the basic idea will remain!
Ingredients
- Pork (boiled) – 250 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Onion (large) – 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Garnet - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled pork into small pieces.
Peel the onion from the husk, chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Peel carrots and eggs, grate.
Carefully cut the pomegranate into four parts and disassemble into grains.
Put the pork on the bottom of the glasses. Season with salt and pepper and add a little mayonnaise.
Lay out the onion and carrot in layers. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Then distribute the chopped eggs, add ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Make the top layer of pomegranate seeds. Put the salad glasses in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
