If you are looking for something unusual and original, you will definitely like this salad. In addition to crab sticks and avocado, I add red caviar to it. It turns out a very original culinary mix of European and Asian traditions.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Red Caviar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the purple onion into feathers, the avocado into cubes, and the cherry into slices.
Coarsely chop the crab sticks and mix the salad.
Season it with Dijon mustard and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the red caviar carefully on top.
