An interesting feature of this salad is that it turns out quite different depending on the slicing. Cut Peking cabbage with cucumbers into strips, large pieces or small cubes – and each time you get something new.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the vegetables and mix.
Season with salt and pepper and add herbs or other spices to the salad to taste.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and serve.
