Perhaps it's not news to anyone how well dried apricots combine with cottage cheese. I propose to take advantage of this fact, and cook these delicious cheesecakes. I tell you what proportions of ingredients are needed so that nothing falls apart.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Semolina - 1 art.l.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Dried apricots - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-fill dried apricots with hot water for 10 minutes.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix with egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.
Beat the curd mass with a blender and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Finely chop the dried apricots or chop them in a blender too.
Add it to the dough together with the sifted flour and mix everything thoroughly.
Form cheesecakes and fry on both sides.
Serve cheesecakes with berries, fruit or honey.
