When there is no time or desire to cook something, you can quickly make a hot dog. With Korean carrots, it always turns out juicy and delicious. I prefer to cook with a mild carrot, and let everyone add pepper or salt at will.
Ingredients
- Bun (for hot dogs) – 4 pieces
- Sausages - 4 pieces
- Korean carrots - 250 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 4 leaf
- Greenery (different) – 10 g
- Mustard - 4 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers and peeled purple onions.
Mix mustard with mayonnaise.
Cut the bun so that the opposite side remains intact.
Grease the inside with mustard and mayonnaise sauce.
Put lettuce, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers and Korean carrots.
Add chopped onion, herbs and sprinkle with ground pepper. Repeat the steps with the rest of the buns and filling.
