Crab sticks can be fried in different ways, and one of my favorite options is with fragrant smoked paprika. Such expressive spices transform neutral products literally before our eyes. This snack is best combined with a spicy tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Crab sticks - 150 g
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tsp.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
It is better to sift flour and smoked paprika so that they do not take lumps in the batter.
Add them to the egg and whisk everything together with a whisk until smooth.
Cut the thawed crab sticks in half, dip them in batter.
Fry in a hot frying pan in oil.
Put the snack on paper towels so that they absorb excess fat.
