It is difficult to find ingredients with which avocado would categorically not be combined. This time I propose to supplement the sandwiches with a small amount of fragrant butter, herbs, seeds and dried cranberries.
Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cranberries (dried) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 2 tsp.
- Sunflower seeds - 2 tsp.
- Arugula (or other greens) – 1 handful
- Sesame - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grease the bread with a small amount of butter and put the greens on top.
Beautifully slice the halves of the peeled avocado and spread on bread.
Sprinkle the sandwiches with seeds, sesame seeds and dried cranberries. Cranberries can be soaked first if desired.
