- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Basil - a couple of twigs
- Honey (liquid) – 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 40 ml
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into half rings.
Scald the lemon with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.
In a small container, mix honey, lemon juice, olive oil and herbs of Provence.
Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into thin plates.
Wash the basil sprigs, shake and chop.
Mix cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, salt and prepared dressing.
Before serving, pickled tomatoes should stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
