Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Chicken fillet - 120 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 4 sheet
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken with paprika and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. It is better to do it in foil. But you can boil or fry fillets.
Boil the egg until tender and cut into slices.
Cut tomatoes into slices in the same way.
Fry the bread in a frying pan until browned. Put lettuce leaves on it, and a little Dijon mustard on them.
Top – tomatoes, egg and thin pieces of chicken.
Cover with the remaining bread.
