Poached eggs are prepared much easier than many people think at first glance. In this recipe I will tell you how to make it without problems and extra effort. And at the same time I propose to cook with him a wonderful sandwich with avocado and herbs.
Ingredients
- Bread - 1 slice
- Avocado - 0.5 pieces
- Greenery - 4-5 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Water - 1-1.5 l
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop avocado with herbs in a blender and add spices to taste.
Dry the bread in a dry pan and put the avocado mass on it.
Break an egg into a cup.
Boil the water, reduce the heat to low and pour in the vinegar. Mix the water with vinegar so as to twist the funnel, and carefully pour the egg into it. Keep the cup closer to the water.
Cook the poached eggs for 3-3.5 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon and place on a paper napkin.
