Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Champignons - 8 pieces
- Radish - 4 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 3 twigs
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean and wash the champignons, boil them in boiling water with pepper and bay leaf for 5 minutes.
Cut the radishes in half, and cut the zucchini into circles. Arbitrarily chop the pepper.
String half a radish, 1-2 circles of zucchini, 1 cherry, 1 champignon, 1-2 pieces of pepper on each skewer in any order.
I get 8 skewers. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, and garnish with sprigs of parsley.
