- Bread - 2 slices
- Cottage cheese - 50 g
- Salami - 50 g
- Cucumbers - 50 g
- Iceberg lettuce (or other leafy greens) – 2 sheet
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Italian herbs - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lightly dry the bread in a frying pan, spread with cottage cheese, salt, pepper and sprinkle with Italian herbs.
Cut the salami into thin slices, and the cucumbers into slices of the same thickness.
Put a salad leaf on top of the cheese and arrange cucumbers with salami beautifully.
