Olivier in tartlets is an interesting way to serve a popular classic salad. Molds can be bought in the store or baked yourself. To prepare a salad, you can choose your favorite variation.
Ingredients
- Green peas - 100 g
- Boiled sausage - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Tartlets - 10-12 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Hard-boil the eggs. Boil potatoes and carrots in the peel. Cool and clean everything. Cut the eggs and sausage into cubes, put them in a deep bowl. Add canned peas.
Also add diced cucumbers, potatoes and carrots.
Mix everything, add salt and spices to taste.
Put part of the salad in a bowl and season with mayonnaise.
Using a teaspoon, fill the tartlets with salad. It is not necessary to use the entire volume of the salad for the filling. You can serve the remaining salad in the salad bowl as usual.
Transfer the tartlets with stuffing to a saucer, garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
