Sandwiches with salmon, avocado and cottage cheese are a simple and quick snack, the ingredients in which are in perfect harmony with each other. Choose an avocado of medium maturity for them, an unripe fruit is hard and can be bitter, and an overripe one, on the contrary, is too soft.
Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Salmon (smoked) – 70 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cottage cheese - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread slices of rye or wheat bread with cottage cheese.
Peel the avocado and remove the stone. Cut the avocado halves into thin slices, put them on top of the sandwiches and add pepper. You can also sprinkle avocado with lemon juice.
Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces and put it on top of the avocado.
Put any fresh greens on top of the fish and serve the snack. If the sandwiches will be stored for some time, it is better to cover them with cling film.
