Julienne in tartlets is a delicious snack that is prepared from simple and cheap products. Any mushrooms will do, however, if you use wild mushrooms, boil them before frying for at least half an hour.

Take out the finished puff pastry in advance so that it thaws. Finely chop the mushrooms and peeled onions.
Fry onions and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes, add salt, spices and wheat flour.
After a couple more minutes, pour in the cream, stir and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add half of the grated cheese to the pan, stir and turn off the heat after 3-4 minutes. The filling for tartlets is ready!
Cut the thawed puff pastry into squares, cover the baking pans. The edges of the dough can be cut off. Fill the blanks with stuffing and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve julienne hot until the filling is frozen. Before serving, you can sprinkle with chopped herbs.
