This idea came to my mind by accident and turned out to be very good. Later I found out that crab stick chips are cooked on some diets. And why not: delicious, spicy and very few calories. Also, you do not need to dry for hours, unlike vegetable chips.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unfold the thawed crab sticks into a solid cloth and slice.
Spread them out on parchment or silicone baking mat, sprinkle evenly with spices.
Put the chopsticks in the oven at 180 degrees. Dry it on one side, and then turn it over.
In total, it will take about 20 minutes.
