One of the most popular snacks, which is almost always present on festive tables. Usually eggs stuffed with pate are laid out on a wide dish and decorated with fresh herbs. It is necessary to serve the snack immediately, because it is quickly weathered.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 8 pieces
- Chicken liver - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 40 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Fry in butter until golden brown.
Add the chicken liver and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with salt, pepper and mix.
Peel boiled eggs from the shell and rinse.
Cut the eggs in half, carefully select the yolks.
Transfer the fried liver with onion and yolks to the blender bowl.
Add mayonnaise and grind until smooth.
Stuff the eggs with the prepared pate, put on a plate and garnish with mayonnaise.
