- Pickled cucumbers - 150 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Ketchup - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the pickled cucumbers.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, lay out the Lyon sausages and fry until browned.
Place the buns on a dry grill pan and lightly fry.
Fill the buns with mustard and ketchup.
Add pickled cucumbers and fried sausages. Serve hot.
