- Round rice - 140 g
- Crab sticks - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 0.5 pieces
- Cucumbers - 0.5 pieces
- Lettuce - 2 of the sheet
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until cooked according to the instructions. Mix with vinegar, sugar and salt, and let it brew.
Cut carrot, cucumber and crab sticks into strips.
Put the rice on the nori and press.
Lay out the twisted lettuce leaves and the rest of the filling.
Roll up tight rolls and cut with a slightly damp knife.
