Shawarma has become a symbol of street cuisine and a popular snack available on every corner of many cities around the world. It's not strange that in this situation there are more and more original and creative recipes, for example, with pomegranate.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 4 of the sheet
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Garnet - 1 piece
- Korean carrots - 250 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Sauce (garnet) – 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into strips, marinate for half an hour in spices and pomegranate sauce, and fry until tender.
Smear lavash with mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese, disassemble the pomegranate into grains and thinly slice the remaining ingredients for the filling.
Randomly put the filling on the pita bread and roll the shawarma.
Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
