Ingredients
- Carrots - 500 g
- Cayenne pepper - 2 pod
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Rice vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add salt, sugar, ground coriander and mix.
Cut Cayenne pepper in half, peel the seeds and finely chop.
In a bowl with carrots, add the bite, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and finely chopped herbs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour it into the carrots.
Add the garlic passed through the press, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
