Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 600 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 8 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Peel the eggs from the shell and rinse.
Mix the minced meat, cheese, ground pepper, salt, mayonnaise and garlic passed through the press.
Lay out a small rectangle of minced meat.
Place boiled eggs in the center.
Add the remaining minced meat and form a roll.
Wrap in two layers of foil and bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
Remove from the oven, cool and remove the foil.
