A long time ago, shawarma became one of the most popular dishes for a quick snack. And not only in the countries where it was originally prepared, but also around the world. It's not surprising that new and new recipes are constantly appearing, like this one with chicken and pineapples.
Ingredients
- Lavash - 3 of the sheet
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 3 of the sheet
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 150 g
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat off the chicken fillet, season, fry on both sides until browned and thinly slice.
Thinly slice the vegetables, chop the pineapples and grate the cheese.
Smear the pita bread with tomato sauce, lay out the salad leaves and then the rest of the filling.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, roll up the shawarma and fry in a dry pan for a couple of minutes on the side.
