Ingredients
- Beef (clipping) – 500 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Grainy mustard - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mustard (sweet) – 2 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Bread - 4 of a piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef and dry it with a paper towel.
Mix soy sauce, salt and hops-suneli.
Rub the meat from all sides with the resulting mixture. Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Wrap the beef in foil and bake for 1 hour in the oven at 190 degrees.
Cut the baked meat, pickled cucumbers and peeled onions.
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Brush the bread with sweet and then grainy mustard.
Lay out the fried onions, cucumbers and beef.
Add the fried onion and cover with a second piece of bread.
