Ingredients
- Quail eggs - 10 pieces
- Greenery - 2 twigs
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the quail eggs, put them in a saucepan with cold water and boil for 4 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Put on a plate, cool and peel from the shell.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove the yolk into a bowl and mash with a fork.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
Stuff the remaining protein with the filling.
Put it on a plate, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with herbs.
