- Potatoes - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- White bread - 6 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater.
Lightly squeeze the potato mass.
Add egg, salt, ground pepper, finely chopped herbs and mix well.
Put the potato billet on slices of bread and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, carefully put the blanks with the potato additive up and fry for 3 minutes.
Flip the sandwiches to the other side, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
